CMC Joinery & Construction is a general building and renovation business, we specialize in bespoke finishing and source most items our clients require. Anything we can’t source can usually be manufactured.
For the last 6 years i have been working for a well know healthcare company looking after maintenance in some of there care homes. And for the last 18 months i had been creating themed dementia units for the care group. Having been paid off due to closures of some of there homes through out northern Ireland, i have decided to byte the bullet and set up my own company.
CMC Joinery & Construction is setting itself aside from other building companies because a lot of time is spent with the customer before any work commences. All to often we find the customer is fast talked in to work being done that is, (A) not required (B) expensive brand names which eats up the budget. (C) Blinded with technical jargon, which is usually nonsense to justify large extras bills.
CMC Joinery & Construction sets out a works schedule with our customer, a time scale for completion of the project, budget as per specifications discussed with the customer, contracts if required for peace of mind for the customer.
CMC Joinery & Construction also has a large private client base, for privacy reasons we can not display their names, but references can be made available to potential clients. We always project manage so the customer does not have to be involved with any of the trades involved in the projects.
